This is a full-time hybrid role, as a Customer Success Manager in a growing SaaS product company. The Customer Success Manager will part of a new team and will bring the work methods and knowledge of how to build the processes and the team. The CSM will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, analyzing customer data, and devising strategies to retain customers. The CEM will be based in Petah Tikva but will have flexibility to work from home as needed.

  • 3-5+ year experience in Customer Success roles 
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Relationship Building skills
  • Analytical Skills and the ability to use customer data to strategize
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing customer relationships in a B2B setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in project management, leadership, or management consulting is a plus
