Project Scope Change Management Helpful Tips



Scope change management in projects is key to achieve the business and the project targets and create real value to the customers, yet it is usually changeling as different objectives and different point of view have to meet.  As such, project leads should carefully plan and prepare for change management throughout the project to be able to better adapt and respond to business needs. At the same time they should set expectations with the business regarding the right way to manage change to achieve best result. It should not become a "jungle".

  • Create  good simple mechanism to priorities business requirements
  • Connect project teams to the business to ensure engagement of both sides
